Charles Watt started teaching whilst completing his postgraduate studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.  He started out by teaching at the Yehudi Menuhin School and the Junior Guildhall, then added the Purcell School to his portfolio of cello classes and later was course leader for teaching and professional development course at the Guildhall for 3rd and 4th year undergraduates. 

         

        Apart from running two international cello classes at the same time, Charles also taught masterclasses on summer courses and more recently enjoyed giving regular Chamber music classes at the Sweelinck Academy at the Amsterdam Conservatory of Music.

       

       Charles currently teaches privately around his concert and touring schedule.
